Refund & Cancellation

At Yacht Charter India, we are committed to providing an exceptional and memorable experience for all our clients. We understand that plans may change, and we have developed a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. Below are the terms and conditions:

Cancellation by the Client:

1. Cancellation 30+ Days Before the Booking Date:

   • Full Refund: If the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled booking date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount, minus any non-refundable booking fees (if applicable).

2. Cancellation 15-29 Days Before the Booking Date:

   • 50% Refund: If you cancel between 15 and 29 days before your scheduled booking, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

3. Cancellation 7-14 Days Before the Booking Date:

   • 25% Refund: If the cancellation is made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled booking date, you will receive a 25% refund of the total booking amount.

4. Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before the Booking Date:

   • No Refund: Unfortunately, if the booking is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled date, no refund will be issued. The full booking amount will be forfeited.

5. No Show:

   • If you fail to show up for your scheduled booking without prior notice, you will not be eligible for any refund, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.

Cancellation by the Yacht Charter India:

1. Due to Weather Conditions or Unforeseen Events:

   • If we are unable to fulfill the booking due to adverse weather conditions (e.g., storms, unsafe sailing conditions) or other unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical failure), we will offer the following options:
     • Reschedule: You may choose to reschedule your booking for a later date, subject to availability.

Refund Process:

1. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

2. Non-Refundable Charges: Any non-refundable fees, such as booking or service charges, will not be refunded, as per the terms of the booking agreement.

Changes to the Booking:

• Date Changes: If you wish to change the date of your booking, please notify us at least 15 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate the request, subject to availability. If the date change request is made within 15 days of the scheduled booking, additional charges may apply, and rescheduling will depend on availability.

• Service Additions/Changes: Any changes to onboard services (e.g., catering, extra equipment) made after booking confirmation may incur additional charges.

Important Notes:

• Booking Confirmation: All cancellations or modifications must be communicated in writing via email or through our official cancellation portal, with the cancellation request clearly stated.
• Refunds for Group Bookings: In the case of group bookings, refunds will be issued to the primary booking contact based on the cancellation terms stated above.
